Team Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sustainability team.
- Assist with data collection, document management, and information tracking.
- Support the preparation and organization of sustainability-related documentation.
- Help maintain certification records and databases.
- Assist in collecting and organizing documents required for certification processes and renewals.
- Support the tracking of certification-related requests and follow-up actions.
- Assist in monitoring the Sustainability team mailbox.
- Categorize incoming requests and route them to the appropriate team member.
- Support responses to standard requests using existing templates.
- Update tracking files and databases.
- Perform basic data verification and quality checks.
- Help ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
